Movistar Mexico offers international roaming plans with set validity periods, data, calls and SMS. Its international policies also specifically address roaming use in Canada. Smaller and prepaid brands can work differently. BAIT publishes international packages and some current recharge offers include calls and messages across Mexico, the US and Canada.
